NEX.FT is an upcoming platform with a mission of connecting U.S. startups and small businesses with investors from around the world. Hosted companies issue Digital Assets that represent securities investments. They are minted on a private Hyperledger powered blockchain and reside in your own digital wallet. Securities are paid for in fiat or cryptocurrency. Issuers then issue the securities assosicated digital assets to represent them, to track ownership, and to facilitate payment of any dividends or interest directly into the asset holder's wallet.
NEX.FT is still under construction, and cannot operate until obtaining approval from FINRA consistent with SEC Regulation CF.
